Return Policy
To be fair to our customers who are reasonable with their return, we verify that all returns are valid. Returns may be limited or denied based on our return authorization system and a database of consumer activity that a third party uses to track purchases/returns and to authorize or deny returns to help protect against excessive, fraudulent or otherwise not permitted returns. You may be required to present a valid photo ID that may be retained in a secure, encrypted database, where permitted by law.
Harmon Stores, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return.
General Returns
We recognize this is a challenging time, and we remain deeply committed to the safety and welfare of our customers and associates.
Returns and exchanges have resumed in all stores (with an additional 60 day window); however, New Jersey will continue to observe state-ordered return restrictions. We will continue to update you with any changes.
Have something to return of exchange? No need to worry. We've extended our return policy by 60 days from the receipt date for all purchases made on or after February 20, 2020.

Returns with a Receipt
So simple: For up to 90 days after purchase, just provide your receipt and for most products, we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment or issue a Merchandise Credit(*See Exceptions)
Returns with a Gift Receipt
Merchandise returned using a Gift Receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount paid, up to 90 days from the date of purchase. See exceptions below. (*See Exceptions)
Returns without a Receipt
Our goal is always to be fair and reasonable, so we'll do all we can to find a record of your purchase. Misplaced your receipt? We can help! If your purchase was made within the past year, we'll try to find a record of it using any of the following:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Merchandise Credit Number
- Gift Card Number
- Order Number (if applicable)
- Checking Account Number
Items that are new and unopened may be accepted and will receive current selling price less 20%, in the form a Merchandise Credit. Returns of open or used items without a receipt will not be accepted. (*See Exceptions)
Note: Whenever we issue a Merchandise Credit, we'll ask you to provide a government-issued ID. Additional research may be required for items that can be returned without a receipt.
Returns Exceptions

Harmon Sttores, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return.
Summer and Holiday Seasonal Items
Can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. Examples include but are not limited to Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Halloween, Harvest/Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year's products.
Electrics
Can be exchanged or returned within 60 days of purchase. Examples include but are not limited to personal care appliances.
Special Order Items
Cannot be exchanged or returned.
Gift Cards
Cannot be exchanged or returned.
*Special order items cannot be exchanged or returned with the exception of a manufacturer defect.
Returns to Our Processing Center
You may also mail returns via the US Postal Service to the address below. We recommend that you insure the package prior to shipment. Enclosing your original packing invoice will help us expedite your return.
