OPI Base, Top Coat & Strengthener

OPI Start To Finish is the best of 3 worlds combining a base coat, top coat, and natural nail strengthener all in one bottle. If using as a base coat, apply before nail lacquer to prevent staining and ensure long-lasting nail lacquer. For top coat use, apply over nail lacquer for a fast-drying, high-gloss protective shine. Or, apply every other day for stong, flexible nails that resist breaking. On natural nails apply two coats, followed by one coat every other day and be sure to remove weekly. This is the original version, there is now also a formaldehyde-free version of the same great product.
